 Powerjet® - Industrial Parts Washer

Industrial Parts Washer -EMC

EMC manufactures the Powerjet®, a complete line of Aqueous Part Washers for cleaning and degreasing equipment and parts for industrial and automotive applications. Our Automatic Parts Washers, manufactured since 1981, have a well proven design which provide excellent cleaning performance while minimizing maintenance costs, energy usage, and labor costs. Since we build only production style units, many models are available from stock for immediate shipment. Following is a list of features on the Powerjet® parts washers and answers to some frequently asked questions.

FULLY INSULATED
TANK & DOOR

You wouldn't buy an uninsulated hot water heater or refrigerator would you? Insulating the wash tank not only saves energy, it eliminates hot and dangerous surfaces which could cause accidental injury.
100% FILTRATION
SYSTEM

The detergent & water solution must pass through one of four filter bags before returning to the process tank significantly extending the solution life and minimizing chemical costs.
LOW WATER HEATER SHUTOFF SYSTEM
Protects the heating system from premature failure due to low water conditions.
OVERHEAD SUSPENDED TURNTABLE
The turntable is driven from above and the drive train is located out of the wash cabinet ensuring a long drive motor life. No internal drive wheels to replace.
PATENTED OIL SKIMMER
Removes floating oils and prolongs cleaning solution life without motor driven belt or disc skimmers.
7-DAY HEATING SYSTEM TIMER
Automatically turns on or off heating system. Washer fluid is hot and ready to go when you are.
OFF-THE-SHELF REPLACEMENT PARTSNo "captive" parts that hold you hostage to the original equipment manufacturer. Heaters, motors, and electrical components are easily available from industrial distributors such as Grainger's or McMaster-Carr.
